Trafford / Stretford Town Hall not now to be demolished
Trafford Town Hall, former Stretford Town Hall, is not going to be pulled down.
The ruling Conservative group on Trafford Borough Council have had a change of heart. According to Susan Williams, Leader of the council, the future use for the building has yet to be decided, but it will not be demolished.

Common sense has prevailed, but there are many more buildings under threat. Those who care must remain ever vigilant!
