Took photos at St Ann’s Hospice Carol Concert

December 13th, 2008 · No Comments

This evening I took photos at the annual carol concert held by St Ann’s Hospice at the Bridgewater Hall

St Ann’s Hospice carol concert 2008

This year’s concert was in my opinion the best ever, with superb performances by St Ann’s Hospice Festival Choir, Cheadle Hulme School choir and a range of musicians, all under the expert direction of John Pomphrey. The master of ceremonies was veteran broadcaster Peter Wheeler.

I took photographs at the reception before the concert and in the foyer before and after. I was able to capture a small number of photos during the performance. Things are quite strict at the Bridgewater Hall regarding photography.

St Ann’s Hospice must have one of the most successful fundraising programmes of any hospice, raising many thousands of pounds to support their work.
